Fairy Tales for Mary

There are so many Fairy Tales that I couldn't decide on one until I remembered this wonderful art I somehow discovered by John Bauer. He painted the most moving pictures for Swedish fairy tales. He did many with Princess Tuvstarr/Cottongrass featured. This one is a favorite. ENJOY And look up John Bauer.

Elvira, on Saturday the 15th I received the package you sent me. I am a bit late with this post, but thank you so much for all the goodies. You did not have to... but I sure appreciate your gesture. Here some pics. Elvira, I adhered the picture on your page in Louise's journal. The pic you sent is a bit smaller than the one on the page. I did the best I could do:-) Hopefully you'll like what it look like now. So I also did some repair. See what it looks like now. As I pm you, I added some extra wax paper between the pages to prevent damage as when I received the journal it still stuck. Hopefully the pages will travel safely from now on. Enjoy... ☺

I expect to finish Louise's journal tonight and I plan to mail the envelope with two journals (from Rachel & Louise) this week. I'll keep you informed.

I am a 40 year old married mum of two teenage boys. I work as a teacher aide with students with additional needs. I love it, my job is part of who I am

my art balances out the stress life brings.

 I have always loved art and used to cut up Dolly magazines and stick the words and pictures all over my school books well as many other things many years ago, I also drew in the margin of any and every book I read even those from the library!

I am a very simple person, with simple needs who likes to try my hand at anything art and crafty, sewing, drawing, painting.
