I have finished my spread in Deedee´s beautiful little journal. I was just on my way to my daughter in Scotland, so I guess the city, nature and waiting for spring is what´s in my picture.
Deedee invites friends and family to join in, and do a spread. Well, as I was taking her journal on vacation, I asked my Daughter to contribute, and she was delighted to do so. Its back in Denmark now, and ready to send on. xxx Trine

Anne's Page in Trine's Journal "Blue"
This photo isn't the greatest -- my favorite camera for taking shots of art just died and close indoor things too often come out blurry with my other camera.
But I did have fun making the page! I've never built a waterfront cottage and it's only been a flitting dream -- I wouldn't want the hassle of managing two abodes! But if I were to build one, this is how messy the planning phase would be.

Kalona's entry into Trine's journal
Trine's journal is titled "Blue is the colour of..." . It's beautifully made, and the more artists that add to it the better it gets. My interpretation of blue revolves around one of my favourite themes- the elements. Blue is water, which we cannot live without and is permanently under threat of contamination and shortage. I love it in all it's forms; liquid, ice and gas, but especially snowflakes.
It is a mixed media piece using paint, inks, gesso, transfers, stickers, beads, wire, gel medium, mica powders and various cuttings.
