One more month without a journal, almost gone....

Hello Girls. Spring is here. Denmark is finally turning green, the spring flowers are popping their heads up from the cold soil, and man and beast are getting ready for yet another season.
I am getting ready for another journal, as a matter of fact, I have been ready for a long time.....
A whole month without one....., and then I think, where is my own journal as I write...? Having a nice time I bet, seeing the world, peeping around all the houses, studios and coffee tables on far away continents.
Please, -Kalona is doing such a HUGE job, for all of us, trying to keep track of us, and the journals. Write a few words, a small update, keep us all calm!!
And Rhelda, You havnt been curdious, or respectfull enough to answer my e-mail, not good. Karma´s gonna bite you! - For the sake of everybodyelse Rheldaa, please just send the journals on, and we shall quietly by pass you. Not hard, and end of story!

Loren "Pandora"

I was looking at the journey our journals have been taken and wanted to know who still has mine. It appears Loren has several if I am reading the chart right. Loren could you PLEASE let us know what you are doing with the journals and when they will be put in the mail for the next person? We have heard nothing and I for one am eager to see my journal move on. I appreciate if life has thrown you a loop and I am speaking for myself only in saying that if this is the case and you are overloaded you can send mine on without having completed work in it...I wish you the best but am eager to see my journal move along as you have had it for quite some time now.

I got Louise's journal at the start of the week. I knew before hand I wanted to do something with Zuni fetish bears (I collect them as well as other fetishes). We're travelling the the US southwest next week so its colours and motifs were on my mine. So the result ...

Two spreads for Deedee.

 I have finished my spread in Deedee´s beautiful little journal. I was just on my way to my daughter in Scotland, so I guess the city, nature and waiting for spring is what´s in my picture.

Deedee invites friends and family to join in, and do a spread. Well, as I was taking her journal on vacation, I asked my Daughter to contribute, and she was delighted to do so. Its back in Denmark now, and ready to send on. xxx Trine

Loren's journal

This is my contribution to Loren's journal. I have a very old Alice in Wonderland book that I scanned for some of the little pictures. I also used rubber stamps. "Alice" is acrylic.

Mary's Page Spread in Sadie's Journal

I enjoyed working in Sadie's Haiku journal. I found a butterfly Haiku that I liked and went with the butterflly theme. Love butterflies and I hope Sadie does too. I do get carried away sometimes so there's lots of butterflies fluttering through the sky.........

Once I mail Sadie's journal to Loren next week, I will not have any journals to work on from our group.

Well, I finally dared to put paint to paper... Trouble with knowing what you want to end up with is that it is almost guaranteed to not happen! For me anyway...  but you've gotta do it!!

So without further ado here it is,

My totem is a cat...I am sure my girls return and visit me constantly, and Zazel always had a special way of knowing when I was down and snuggle more than usual.

Hi Everyone, Just like Beth said below... I too had sort of a "artist's block" and had no idea how to relate to the theme and wanted to take my time with it as it's not my journal... right? So, after my Saturday morning Art Class which usually gets the juices flowing the idea came to me and I worked on it most of Sunday. Lucine, I hope you like it. She's at peace with herself...
